Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop-Sketch Challenge

Posted on

Hi and welcome to this month’s Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop. We are so happy you are here hopping with us today.

This month we are working with a sketch! This is my favorite kind of scrapbooking. I love to see all the completely different designs using the same starting point.

I have chosen to use the suite Tropical Oasis because my daughter has been on a 6 month long mission trip. Three months were spent in Hawaii and the other three months were spent in Indonesia. She is coming home this Monday. Most of the photos I have a screenshots from her Instagram account. This suite is perfect for her whole trip. Expect to see a lot more pages of her as I’ll be working on an album.

Isn’t this suite (pineapple) perfect for this photo! I love it!

Thank you for hopping along with us! Next up is Linda McKenzie.

Stamp ‘N Hop – Adding Color to Our Images

Welcome to the monthly Stamp ‘N Blog Hop. You are currently visiting Jenn with BFF Stampers. I’m so glad you are hopping with us because we are creating with coloring tools today!

My favorite tools to color with at the moment are the Stampin’ Blends. They glide so smoothly and blend together so flawlessly that they make me look professional! I’ve used the new birthday cake stamp set from the Sale-A-Bration brochure called Happy Birthday to You. This cake is very fun to color. The blues and the yellows compliment each other beautifully.

I did fussy cut this out by hand, but I am pleased to announce that die cutters have been released for this stamp set. I’m so excited about this! They are available to purchase now through the end of March. So my suggestion is get the Happy Birthday die cutters, some colorful Stampin’ blends, some thick whisper white cardstock and then earn the Happy birthday to You stamp set for FREE!

If you have any questions or need help ordering, contact me today by phone or email.

Thank you for hopping along with us today. Next up is Laura Mackie.

This year is no different and I’ve chosen the Peaceful Poppies Suite. I don’t want to give too much away so I’m going to show you only some designer series paper and one beautiful stamp set called Peaceful Moments. I can’t get enough of the perfect font and perfect sayings in this stamp set.

Stamp ‘N Hop – Sketch Challenge

Welcome to November Stamp ‘N Hop! You are visiting Jenn Charles. This month we are challenging ourselves to make a project using the sketch below.

I’ve made a Christmas card today to use with this sketch. The Everything Festive Stamp set is versatile for many holidays this season. The designer series paper is my favorite in the Holiday Catalog. I absolutely fell in love with the Most Wonderful Time Project Medley. The gold throughout the paper is a perfect match with the tinsel that’s included.

I matted the designer series paper with Real Red cardstock. These cute candy canes and the banner they are on are stickers that are exclusive to this medley. There’s so much you can do with all that’s included.

Here’s a close up of that gold dispersed in the double sided designer series paper. It’s so shiny!

Thank you for hopping along with us today. Up next is Mo Rootes. I can’t wait to see what she came up with for this sketch.
