Mojo Monday 423

Hi Friends!

I had a very busy weekend with lots of friends and family over to spend the night.  Friday night I had my niece and nephew over and it was so much fun!  I miss them a lot and barely see them even though they live in Santee.  Isn’t it interesting how far away someone can be even though they live so close?  Everyone busy with their own lives, school, church, sports, appointments?  I also got to see the new baby Teagan when I dropped the biggun’s off.  She’s growing so fast and smiles when you say ‘Cheese’!  It’s adorable..and then she bit Alex’s lip when he tried to get a kiss.  Hilarious!  If you know my son, you know he had it coming.  Maybe not from her yet, but karma!  Ha!

And I had teenagers coming out the ears this weekend.  One of the twins’ friends from out of town came for a few days and we had other teens coming to visit her.  But hubby dealt with that because Lisa and I held the Shaker Kit Card Class at her house and it was so much FUN!  These cards are so pretty.  I think I’ll be making so more of my own shaker cards soon.

So here’s our Mojo Monday entry.  I loved this sketch because I absolutely love layers!  I’ve been wanting to use this new stamp set Guy Greetings.  At least new to me and it was a perfect opportunity to make a birthday card for my Grandpa.  Hop on over to the Mojo Monday Blog and try the sketch out for yourself.  Don’t forget to post us a pic of your creation!  Have fun!
