Welcome to Global Stamping Friends August Blog Hop. You are visiting Jenn Charles and this month it’s all about wood and trees. Stampin’ Up! has some beautiful tree stamp sets but today I am focusing on some wood grain designer series paper that comes in an unexpected pack of paper full of beautiful flowers and vintage looking pieces along with the Rooted in Nature stamp set. The paper is called Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper.
I’ve done some beautiful scrapbook pages using this paper already. Today I’m making some thank you cards for my August orders.
Thank you for hopping along with us today. I’ve added all the products I’ve used today at the end of today’s post. Next up is Amanda. You can visit her blog by clicking the Next arrow or hop around to everybody using the list below. Later this month we will be having an Extraordinary Anniversary Blog Hop on August 16th so check back soon for that post!

I didn’t notice that there were woodpanels in this dsp. Great combination with rooted in nature. Tfs!

Wonderful card design. Love the combination of the woodgrain background with the Pretty Peacock. Would make a wonderful masculine card 🙂

I agree…but I always have trouble not adding the “girly” touches like ribbon 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by.
