Simple stamping! Let’s get the Ink to the Paper!

Hello and welcome back to this month’s Stamp N’ Hop Blog hop. You are visiting Jenn Charles in the USA. This month’s theme is Simple Stamping. Simple stamping consists of ink, paper and an embellishment. Today I have used a new In-Color called Pale Papaya. I thought it was going to be my favorite but I am quickly falling in love with Soft Succulent.

This card is super simple, stamping the seashells from Friends are Like Seashells along the bottom with a sentiment at the top. To add a little something, I sprinkled sequins all around. I love this simple card! It just shows that you do not have to have a Cut and Emboss machine to make a beautiful card.

If you love simple, fast and easy like I do then you should subscribe to our Paper Pumpkin. May 7th-10th Stampin’ Up! is offering the kit for $5 USD for new subscribers! This deal can not be beat to try it out. Click the photo below to subscribe.

Global Stamping Friends – Brand New!

Welcome back to this month’s Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop. You are visiting Jenn Charles in the USA. Today we are introducing Brand New things. Brand new could mean something new in life like a baby or in my case, I’m using something from the BRAND NEW Annual Catalog that started on May 4th. I’m introducing to you the new in-colors.

This is my first time playing with them because I took all of April off while we packed and moved. We are finally settled and now I get to play! I’ve used the Friends are Like Seashells stamp set and coordinating dies. I hadn’t played with this set either so everything I’m using today is new to me.

These colors are so versatile and made making these cards very easy. I made them all the same. All the products used today will be linked below.

Polished Pink
Fresh Freesia
Pale Papaya
Soft Succulent
Evening Evergreen

These colors really are beautiful in person. Which color is your favorite?

Thank you for joining us today. Up NEXT is June Olsen. Click the NEXT arrow to hop on over to her or scroll below for a list of all the participants. See you next month!

Stamp N’ Hop – Fun Folds!

Welcome to March’s Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop. This month is all about Fun Folds! I love different folds for cards. It makes them more unique.

The card fold I made today isn’t new but it is a stunning fun fold. It’s called a step fold I think. I had made a few of these in the past and still love it today.

I’ve used the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper and the sentiment comes from the stamp set, Peaceful Moments.

The measurements are pretty easy but the trick is to only score part way and cut part way. I used my Stampin’ Trimmer to measure and cut. The cardstock is 4 1/4″ x 11″. I’ve provided a template. Hope this helps. It’s easier than trying to explain.

Thank you for hopping along with me today. Up Next is Sue Allen. I’m looking forward to all the inspiration from everyone.
