Stamp N’ Hop – 3D Projects

Welcome to November’s Stamp ‘N Hop! You are visiting Jenn Charles and we are creating 3D Projects this month. I’m so glad you stopped by.

I was excited about this month’s theme for our blog hop. I love making homemade packages. I feel like the package is definitely part of the gift. I can’t wait to hop along and see what everyone else has made! This hop will be full of gift ideas and gift packaging that I can use all year long.

Because it is so close to Christmas, I had to make a Christmas gift package. I saw this adorable hinged box on Crafty Caroline’s website in a smaller version. I needed it bigger because I wanted to put a gift inside. This box can hold candy, jewelry, gift cards, rolled socks, an ornament, etc. It is a big enough size for many opportunities to gift. The inside size is 3″ x 2.75″.

I can not get enough of this poinsettia. I am having a Christmas Stamp-A-Stack to-go class with this suite. We will be making 12 cards (4 each of 3 designs). Contact me for more information.

Up Next is Narelle Fasulo. Click the Next arrow below to hop over to Narelle. Like I said before, I can’t wait to hop along and see all the inspiration! We have over 20 crafters in this hop this month! Plenty of inspiration for gift ideas and packaging. Happy hopping!

Colour Combo Blog Hop – Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Rococo Rose

Welcome to November’s Color Combo Challenge. These colors are beautiful and I probably would have never put these three bold colors together if not for this challenge.

I decided to use the Jar of Flowers stamp set because I knew I could color the flowers whatever I wanted to with our Blends and they would be beautiful. The designer series paper I used in the background was from the Playing with Patterns dsp. The sentiment is from the Wrapped in Christmas set. It can be used for many more things than just Christmas.

Hop along and see what the others came up with. Their inspiration is amazing!

Global Stamping Friends – Excited about the Holidays

Hi and welcome to November’s Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop. This month we are getting excited about the holidays! Who’s exited? I love crafting for the holidays. I love to give gifts out. Especially little treat holders and fun things like that. And decor items, oh yes, they are so fun!

With all that being said, the best thing to give out of course is cards so I’ve made a card from the Poinsettia Place Suite to get you excited (if you weren’t already)!

This suite is beautiful. The Poinsettia Place designer series paper is colorful with pretty leafy sheets and the die cuts make the prettiest poinsettias. My absolute favorite part of this bundle are the Beaded Pearls. It has everything you need to create beautiful Christmas cards and gifts.

I really like the traditional colors of this suite.

Thank you for joining us again this month. Up next is Libby Dyson. Click on the Next arrow to hop over to her blog or skip around with the list below.

Making a Card for Halloween Fun

It’s October and for most people, the most celebrated holiday is Halloween.  I really can not get enough of these adorable owls in the Have a Hoot Bundle.

The Christmas ones are cute in the catalog, but I used the same layout with the Halloween guys and it came out beautifully.  Take a look for yourself.

I used my Stampin’ Blends to color the background.  One of my favorite parts about these stamps and dies is that they cut out separately so you can use the owls and they don’t have to necessarily be for the holidays. They are very versatile.

I hope you’ve been inspired to create something fun for Halloween.

Happy Crafting!
Your BFF,
Jenn
