Welcome back to another month of the Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop.\u00a0 This month we are focusing on Anything But Cards!\u00a0 That could mean a scrapbook page, a home decor item or a project of some sort.<\/p>\n
For today’s project, I’ve made a Christmas shopping folder.\u00a0 Inside is a pad of paper for making notes on the gifts I’ve bought. The other side has a handmade envelope for receipts.\u00a0 This whole folder was made with one sheet of 12×12 Be Merry Designer Series Paper.\u00a0 The sentiment is embossed in silver embossing powder using the Oh, What Fun! Stamp Set.\u00a0 An oldie but goodie in my opinion.\u00a0 Especially this saying.\u00a0 I don’t want anyone peeking at what I’ve bought for Christmas!\u00a0 I’ll be using this for cousins mostly.<\/p>\n

Thank you to Diane Barnes<\/a> for her tutorial on how to make this easy fold folder!<\/p>\n Stampin’ Up! has released a brand new item for us to play with called the Stampin’ Blends.\u00a0 If any of you have been stamping with me long then you know I do not like to color!\u00a0 These alcohol markers make coloring so fun, turning a regular Jane Doe like me into an amazing artist!\u00a0 I can’t get enough of these beautiful markers. They are so easy to color with.\u00a0 They offer them in 12 Stampin’ Up! colors with 2 skin tones, bronze and ivory. It is a lifesaver to any mistakes. It’s like an eraser if you go outside the lines. It \u00a0also lightens any area inside the colored image.
